• Forma Emprende: An International School ERS consultancy programme focused on strengthening entrepreneurial skills in 11 municipalities via student mentoring for local entrepreneurs in the Sabana Centro region. Students provide personalized and group counseling and guide the participants in the generation of business ideas and improved levels of training in their start-ups. Since 2015, the programme has benefited 1841 participants and was recognized in 2019 by the Inter-American Development Bank- IADB for as one of the best social innovation projects in Latin America and for its positive impact in the region.
  • Service Consultancy Office: This office helps entrepreneurs and innovators in the local community by providing training and assistance on the strategic formulation, diagnosis, and evaluation of their services. This consultancy is led by BA&S’s students as part their social internship.
  • Synergy Sabana: This program helps to connect EICEA’s 60 allied foundations and NGOs to create networks among them based on the principles of solidarity, empathy, collaboration, and communication to match needs and contribute to solve their present needs.
  • Observatory for the Sabana Centro Region- “Sabana Centro Como Vamos”: This observatory carries-out permanent analysis of regional and quality-of life indicators for the 11 municipalities that constitute Sabana Centro, to promote better decision-making processes. The methodology of the observatory includes the monitoring and evaluation of different aspects of the quality of life which include indicators related to the management of public institutions and actors, as well as people's perceptions  about several aspects of their daily life. The different aspects that are monitored in this model include: population, education, health, labor market, security and coexistence, housing, public services, environment, mobility, responsible citizenship, governance, economic development and competitiveness.
