MAIN OBJECTIVE

Provide students with general understanding of the nature of peace research, with a particular focus on the role of media in relation to both war and peace. The course will study, analyze and reflect on the issues of humanitarian interventions and global ethics with the purpose of developing critical thinking for engaging with conflict reporting and its discursive patterns.
