How to become one of our Talentum Sabana partners?

Important! Before entering the platform, organizations should review this information.

How is the process?

1. If you are a company or organization that has a framework agreement for internships or has had student interns, enter our platform, register and create a new call: talentumsabana

2. If you are a new company or organization interested in hiring students, register on our platform, attaching the following documents:

  • RUT.
  • "Cámara de Comercio" (not older than 3 months).
  • Legal representative documents.

3. Requirements for new companies

  • Minimum 5 years of incorporation
  • Minimum 5 employees

How is the call management process in our platform?

1. The Internship Manager will review the application and documents, and will indicate to the company the approval as a new internship scenario.

2. The organization will be able to create its vacancies indicating the requirements of the students and the profile requested.

3. The call for applications is published in the Internship Portal, so that students with prerequisites for internships can apply and send their resume.

4. Once the selection process is completed by the organization and a student is selected through the platform, a second validation of compliance with the student's academic requirements will be made. The Internship Manager will be able to certify the student's compliance with the requirements once the academic cycle is completed.

5. The Internship Office will send the company the student's letter of authorization, if the student meets all the requirements, or the letter of introduction by e-mail.
