Specialization in Service Management

The International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences presents the Specialization in Service Management, a program in the field of management training at the University.

Offering a service of excellence is a real challenge for organizations that do not want to be displaced by a more aggressive competition and by clients who are increasingly aware of the power of choice they have—more sophisticated in their needs and expectations and much more demanding. Hence the need to build long-term relationships with customers, based on an understanding of their needs and the proper management of their experiences. The specialization in Service Management provides the knowledge and tools to design the organization according to the client, achieving differentiation in highly competitive environments and generating value for the organization.
