Objective

Carry out research and development activities in the area of agro-industrial processes that contribute new elements to the agro-industry or that adapt new technologies, either their own or transferred, encouraging teacher-researchers and students to work according to the real requirements of the sector, adding value to raw materials, optimizing processes and taking advantage of by-products under the concept of clean production and sustainable development.
