How transfromational supervisors strengten residents' job crafting in surgical training: A qualitative study from the supervisors, perspective
Objetivo: Surgeons should transform their residents to take the lead in their jobs and optimize their working conditions, so-called job crafting. We investigated the actions undertaken by surgeons with a transformational leadership style to encourage residents' job crafting, about which there is at present a paucity of information.

Moments of true in residents’ wellbeing: Identifying the effect of a “special contract for the training practice” in surgery.
Objetivo: The present study aims to test these hypotheses and to explain them, from the residents¿ perspective. We aim to answer the next research questions: RQ: What is the effect of the employees¿ contract for surgical residency training on residents¿ wellbeing (by measured by burnout and work-engagement rates), from the residents¿ perspective? Why?
