Application Procedure

You can apply for the 2022 Multicultural Citizens Program (MCP) by filling out the online application form and submit all additional documents before November 30, 2021. Please make sure to include all ‘additional documents’ in your final application, incomplete applications cannot be taken into consideration.

Complete applications will be reviewed upon receipt. If you meet our admissions requirements, you will be considered for the program until the admission capacity has been reached. You will be notified of the outcome of your application within two weeks following the receipt of your completed application.
 
After admission you will receive a letter of offer and, in order to secure your application, we kindly ask admittees to make program payment within four weeks after admission and no later than January 11, 2022. If payment is not received before then, admittees will not be able to attend the program and will be excluded from the admittees list.

Late applications (after 30 November 2021) will be taken into consideration if places are still available. Full payment must be made within four weeks of admission, no refunds will be made.

  • Motivation letter for the Summer Program.
  • Copy of passport.
  • Recent photo.
  • An up-to-date resume (curriculum vitae).

 

Terms and conditions

  • Participants agree to abide by all decisions as decreed by the executive board of directors.
  • The Multicultural Citizens Program (MCP) courses will be delivered if both - by separate - meet a minimum of five (5) students. If the courses are not able to meet minimum number of students, participants will be notified within one week after application deadline. Any payments done by participants will be reimbursed. Participants could choose to participate from other available MCP courses if his/her course was not opened.
  • It is not possible to cancel your place on the Program, except in cases of serious exceptional circumstances for which extensive and satisfactory documented proof must be submitted to the coordinator by registered mail. Cancellation by the participant of his/her place on the Program after January 11, 2022 will not entitle the participant to any refund. The only exception to this rule is in the above-mentioned case. Only if these conditions have been met is the participant entitled to a refund up to a maximum of 90% of the payment. A penalty fee of 10% will be charged.
