1.SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN LATIN AMERICA (12 HOURS)

  • Main objective: To create awareness towards the protection of the environment by showering young peoples minds with knowledge; to understand the decisive role of Latin America in terms of Sustainable Development. This class also aims to be a multicultural platform, where students get to know each other's cultures and practice English as a second language (if applicable)

    - History- Applications
    - Cross-learning

  • Methodology: The pedagogical point of departure is to challenge and develop the students’ skills, so they can analyze and point out local situations in relation to broader contexts, from a Latin American perspective. The learning outcomes will be reached through a program divided into modules, which will be taught combining experiences, field work, lectures, workshops such as literature seminars and in depth projects; presentations and cross critics will also take place.
