Using a practical tool (business simulation software), this course will focus on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation/assessment of business strategies. It will also train participants’ decision-making in dynamic and competitive environments.

The course explores concepts such as conflict resolution, leadership, teamwork, systemic thinking, holistic vision, administrative capacity and information management. The simulation involves all company areas: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Information Management. Participants will develop a BSC (Balanced Scorecard) dashboard using effective KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
