THE INALDE is the Management and Business School of Universidad de La Sabana .

Founded in 1985, it has been committed to the development and accomplishment of businessmen and management by providing the organizations, businesses and both men and women in management positions and the capacity to further an authentic social and economic development.

The INALDE is known for its international level of academic excellence, as well as for its integral and humanistic focus. As one of the most important business schools of the country and Latin America , it relies on a strategy that focuses on internationalization and innovation, and this is due to a selected and growing of knowledge and professors with the most important business and management schools in the world.

The INALDE entrusts, as does the University of the Sabana, the prelature of the Opus Dei, a Catholic institution, with the doctrinal and spiritual aspects in its formative activities.

Its Consulting Academic Council is made up of professors from Harvard Business School , IESE of Barcelona and IPADE of México.

By using the case method from Harvard Business School, the INALDE has been able to offer its more than two-thousand six-hundred ex-alumni, the opportunity to attain an exclusive, highly demanding and integral education in order to grow in management capacities and acquire learning for their personal development within the firm.
